  Took my work truck in for a windshield replacement and got it back with three problems: the driver side wiper didn’t work because it was reinstalled wrong, the cowl wasn’t put back on properly, and my inspection sticker was missing entirely. I brought it back once and they fixed the wiper, but not the cowl. When I asked about the missing inspection sticker, the guy at the front desk told me “it is what it is.” Even if Safelite’s policy is that re-inspection falls on the customer, that response is not customer service. There’s a way to deliver that message that makes a customer feel taken care of, and this wasn’t it. They told me I could bring it in a third time for the cowl. I’d rather not. I’ll take it to the dealership and pay to have it done right. I won’t be back.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Tremendous experience! Easy to book online, customer service was great on-site. The front desk individual polite, professional and great communication skills! He provide an estimate of service(2-3 hours) and they beat it by over an hour. Highly recommend!

  Called prior to arrival. On time. Friendly tech. Worked fast but efficiently. Did excellent work and was an excellent young man from your travel program. He is a great representative of your company. Eight years he’s been with you and deserves recognition in the form of a pay raise or a promotion with a pay raise. You don’t let people like him go. You do whatever you can to keep them. Don’t be corporate America. He’s a valuable asset, not a number in a line of road techs. Treat him right.

  The original replacement appointment was on time To replace the windshield at our home. Took the day off only to find out they could not do it at home Due to the arm would not reach out to do it at home. My suggestion would be to ask for the correct information or review the information to better understand what is needed to do the job. I felt bad. The technician had to come out here only to have us disappointed not in him He was great. Suggestion would be to ask for the VIN number or model number Before sending a technician out
