  Great experience at PWM enterprise airport pick up. Ahmed was so helpful. I had a really long travel day and was traveling solo with my dog and 3 large suitcases. Not only did he kindly help me make sure I had the correct size car but he even pulled it around for me and helped me load my super heavy bags. I’ve rented many times from here and really appreciated him going above and beyond after an exhausting morning of travel

  We rented a car that was confirmed through the Lewiston, ME Enterprise branch only to have to have the call and say they didn't have a car for us. They did zero to fulfill their commitment or even show they cared that they royally screwed up. After a frustrating process, we drove to the Portland jetport Enterprise on the hope they might have a car for us to rent for what was actually a really important trip. They did, and Arin and Ben at the Portland desk were amazingly helpful and understanding and got us a car. They saved they day and our trip. We're so grateful for their help.

  They were actually really good and helpful when I had a problem. Prices were competitive and cars were a bit upscale. We had a new Camry and it worked great and got almost 50 mpg in mostly highway use.

  I always have a great experience with Enterprise. Friendly employees, easy check-ins and returns. Facilities are always clean and orderly. Cars are clean and well-maintained. I rented from a competitor in February and will stay with Enterprise from now on.

  This was probably one of the most straight forward and easy rental processes i have completed in a long time. There was someone at the counter when i arrived. I was greeted with a smile and was offered multiple vehicles to choose from in the requested class (plus a few upgrades). The vehicle was clean, and even while the area was under construction it was easy to navigate my way out. When i reached out about the toll process i received not one, but two responses (within the hour) detailing how the fees would be collected. The return was simple and not rushed. Overall this was one of the best rental experiences i have enjoyed.
