I am thankful the tires were in stock, and I was able to get same day service. That being said, I’ve purchased tires 3x in the last 3 years and the wear from misalignment or something has been concerning. The mechanic did say “if I had more time with your car I would have been able to fix it”, but the cashier interrupted and said “it’ll be fine”. I was one of a few customers that day, and we did all wait a VERY long time before anyone came to the front desk. I had to go to the shop and ask for help. Both myself& the other Customers said they had made appointments online that were not seen by the front desk. I think there is some error with the online form. Overall, I would recommend this place in a pinch. Just make sure you call ahead and give yourself ample time .
