  Went in to get a pinhole patched. Half an hour later, they told me that it couldn't be patched and I was at 20% on my treads and tried to sell me tires at $100/each. I told them never mind. He came back 20 minutes later and said they could patch it since it was just a pinhole. Another 20 minutes later, my car was ready. The paperwork shows all tires at 45%!! They lied. Now, I have a bumping feeling when I drive and my alignment is off. Horrible experience.

  Everyone from Tire Warehouse is super nice and helpful! They have great customer service and are very knowledgeable about tires. They fixed my issue and got me on the road within an hour!

  I purchased 4 new tires after bringing my vehicle in with a flat. They returned the car with the "check tire" light illuminated, and informed me that the indicator would be permanently stuck that way due to a broken part. They said that if I wanted it fixed, that I would need to go buy the part myself and bring it to them. They didn't provide any specific information on the part and made it seem like I should be able to figure it out myself. When I tried to politely explain that this was an insufficient solution, they told me to call the corporate 800 number to complain, which I did but after waiting on hold for 45 minutes gave up. My only recourse was to take the car to a different tire shop, and they were able to fix it with no drama.

  Thank you !!There’s guys are the best on what they do I went there to fix the brakes for my car And there was a big misunderstanding at first but they’re good communicating and fixating any issues I will definitely go there again ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
