- CIChinda I5 days ago2.0Great group of guys working there. Got me in right away on a Friday to patch my rear passenger tire 2/20/26 So on 2/24/26 I went back for a tire rotation and balance. This is where things kind of got annoying for me. The same tire they fixed on Friday, one of my lug nut was seized on the stud. Long story short it snapped the wheel stud. I was really hoping they would take responsibility for the broken stud because they where the last one to touch that rear tire. (Patched and plugged it) I just kept quiet. I wish I would have told them the young guy working on my car on 2/20/26 Friday was the one who cross threaded the nut or over torqued it. Long story short, I had to go to an automotive repair shop and pay $80.00 just to get my tire stud fix/replaced. They should make it right and pay for it I have the service report that they are the ones the damaged the stud..... Anyways great guys. Just need to be more careful.... Thanks

He helped guide me through my options and even offered extended help after my full tire replacement, if any issues were to come up. Replacement was timely and I would definitely go back for any tire needs.

Timing and execution of my situation was amazing and Christian jumped in and supported the crew with a friendly and professional manner. The whole staff worked as a well trained team. Price was impressive and better than expected. Please give these gentleman a chance to serve you. A little old school humor (Rob) and a well trained veteran professional (Tim) with a great customer service professional like (Christian) will make you a happy customer. Above and beyond helpful.
