  Extremely happy with service . Had been driving around since last winter with a slow air leak in one of my tires . Last season, brought it to another place and they said they couldn’t find the reason for a leak . This year , after having the tires put on again , the same issue persisted ( winter tires) . Made an appointment and within 10 minutes the technician found a screw in my tire! No more having to air up the tire every few days so I was so very happy . Ty so much Tire Warehouse on Riverside Rd . Tire Warehouse in Scarborough , thank you as well for putting them on ! Always have had fast, friendly, and reliable service

  Brought my daughter here because of a leaky front left tire. On a Sunday afternoon they took care of us right away, found a bad valve stem and replaced it in 15 minutes AND WOULD NOT CHARGE us. Such generous treatment. Thanks so much!

  I am so grateful for Manager Rob and his crew Chris and Tim. I received excellent customer service from these men. They were extremely helpful and very professional to me. I had a flat tire. I was leaving work from my overnight care. I called and explained my situation. Rob answered the phone. He was pleasant. He explained he was busy but to come in and they would look at my tire. Once I arrived Chris took my keys to look at my tire. As I waited in the waiting room. He walked out to show me where my problem was on my tire and said, “Good news is I can fix it” I was delighted to hear. He also was honest and said, “You have plenty of tread on your tire; you do not need tires. But definitely come back in spring and we will take a look.” On the following day Tim worked on my tired rotation and checked my tires for a rotation. He was prompted in taking care of my tire needs. These men truly need to be recognized for their SUPERIOR HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.! I am so grateful for them. I recommend Tire Warehouse on Riverside. If you want honesty and superior service these men are your team

  I just arrived from Florida (I was moving) and my tires were completely worn out. I went to this shop without an appointment and with two new tires I had bought online; even though I didn't have an appointment, they were very kind and helped me by installing the two tires I brought. They didn't even charge me a express service fee. However, they weren't very discreet about their laughter when I told them I was moving from Florida to here. I really appreciate the help they gave me, and they've earned a new customer.
