  I scheduled this appointment several days in advance and dropped my car off at 7am for routine services (oil change, tire rotation, wheel balance, and alignment check). The vehicle mileage was provided at scheduling and visible in their system the entire time. After waiting roughly 9 hours, I was informed about one hour before closing that most of the requested services would not be performed because the vehicle was approximately 1,400 miles early relative to the recommended maintenance schedule. As a result, they refused to perform the oil change, check the alignment, or rotate the tires. This was never communicated at scheduling or at drop-off, despite the mileage being known upfront. If early maintenance is not something this location is willing to perform, that expectation should be clearly stated earlier — not at the end of the day after holding the vehicle, especially with the shop closed the following day.

  Sullivan wasted a week of my time Townfair Tire change over a set of mounted tired..in one hour..same day..at zero cost.. ^business owners reply speaks volumes to the incompetency at this location. Car was dropped off at 8am, just to be picked up 2 hours later with the work not completed as detailed a week earlier & upon drop-off.
