    Our 80 Hatteras had major prop and shaft issues. The men at PYS were fantastic in taking care of our boat. They worked great with our schedule. Communication was stellar sharing pics and daily information. I recommend them to any yacht that needs service..... and ask for Rob.

    Service department is terrible. Never answer the phone, never return voice mails. How does this place make money if no one answers the phone to schedule service needs. If they don't care about answering the phone or returning calls....the work they do probably will be of the same quality.

    I guess they must be way too busy to quote service. It's been almost two months, with follow up calls and email...we've been ghosted. Their rigger told us we should replace shrouds. Thats great, can't get a quote. Few other quote requests as well. We were very adamant we wanted to get in before heading south.

    If you are looking for a yard to treat your boat with a lack of care, charge you for poorly performed work, damage your boat and then make no effort to fix that damage, and misrepresent what they can and will do for your boat look no further. You've found the most arrogant, sloppy, disrespectful, and careless boatyard in Maine.
