The price was adjusted for this already through Costco. This location tried to charge us for an entire additional day. Took over 30 minutes to get them to “talk to the manager” and agree to the original booked price. In addition, they have a very small range of vehicles so we got stuck with a car that had stained seats and multiple minor damage points.
- AAAncaOct 4, 20251.0Absolutely horrible experience. Made reservation online for car pick up at 12pm. It was no disclosed anywhere that they close at 12pm. And if they do, why allow a 12pm pick up? Flight was a little late and we got there at 12:05. Office was closed. I called the corporate number, they apologized and asked for us to go back to the airport, claiming that they transferred our reservation there and they'dhavea car for us. . Had to Uber back only to find out the the airport had no knowledge of our reservation, nothing was "transferred " and had no cars left anyway. Called corporate again who again apologized and changed our reservation to the following day. They emailed me the new confirmation. Thankfully I read it carefully and realized it was made for the wrong airport in a different state! Portalnd OR vs Portland ME. Called again and they wanted to charge me double to charge it to the correct location. You can't make this stuff up. I ended up canceling but they cost me over $200 in Uber charges going back and forth between locations. I will never ever use Enterprise again or let anyone I know use them.
