I was visiting from Kansas and needed a car since my family lives over two hours from the airport, so I really appreciated how easy everything was. Unfortunately, my original car had a mechanical issue while I was driving up to my parents’ place in the midcoast area. I called the number Jom gave me, and within just a few hours they had me in a new car at no extra cost. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was that Jom actually called me afterward to apologize for the issue and check in on how they could make things better. That kind of personal care is rare these days. Drop-off was quick and easy, too. Truly amazing customer service all around. I would absolutely rent from this location again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Jom and the Enterprise team, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!
