- JSJohn StewartDec 28, 20255.0Casey, at the desk in the Portland Jetport, was the picture of kindness (on Christmas day), answered all my questions, had the car started and warmed up for me on a very cold morning, and even gave me her card and told me to call if I ran into any problems. The Alamo employee who collected the car in Newark attended to me quickly and with a smile, on the morning after a major snowstorm in the NY area. The car was clean and operated perfectly — a 4-wheel drive SUV which we needed for a ride from Maine to New Jersey in very bad weather. Thank you Alamo!

Called to Voice my concerns, and have got absolutely no resolution for it. This was all in the middle of the night, and 20° weather, for 2 hours to charge the damn car, that I should not have had to do.
