  Paul was an absolute delight to work with when I was picking up the car in Portland Maine. Truly. He is the epitome of amazing customer seevice!! Thank you Paul!! And my return was simple and easy. I was greeted by a lovely young woman (so sorry… I did not get her name) who was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in my rental experience. I usually look for the best deal when re ting a vehicle, however, at PWM I will always chose Alamo / Enterprise going forward.

  Casey, at the desk in the Portland Jetport, was the picture of kindness (on Christmas day), answered all my questions, had the car started and warmed up for me on a very cold morning, and even gave me her card and told me to call if I ran into any problems. The Alamo employee who collected the car in Newark attended to me quickly and with a smile, on the morning after a major snowstorm in the NY area. The car was clean and operated perfectly — a 4-wheel drive SUV which we needed for a ride from Maine to New Jersey in very bad weather. Thank you Alamo!
