I had an extended warranty and christian ( service guy front desk ) worked with them and got them to cover some after they said they wouldn't cover the transfer case 🙄 im very please with his service and will be going to them for all my future needs!

The total I received from the service manager was around $330 dollars . This was said to me on two different messages. When I got there to pay, the service manager changed the amount to over $380! I know for some, that’ difference is a drop in a bucket, but for me it’s $50 freakin dollars! Was happy how they just let it roll ofc their shoulders like they couldn’t do anything about the mis quote. Definitely put a bitter taste in my mouth about doing business with them again in the future. It’s bad enough your service rates are $165 per/hr! The only reason I brought this here was because the mechanic I had the car towed to said he could figure out the issue. So when I questioned the mechanic and asked for honest advice on what to do, he recommended I have towed my sons fiesta to a Ford garage only to find out they were going to have to spend more time on it than two hrs to even get it diagnosed. The service manager said it could be 2 to 3 times additionally longer to just diagnose the issue. This mind you @ $165 per/hr! Not happy . Now I’ve got to get another tow to get the car back home . All this money and no answers! Below is the message the service manager left me on my answering service. Disappointed to say the least!
