  Bought our first vehicle together here in July. The salesperson made multiple promises that were not kept. Several items we were told would be fixed or set up were never done. Loan paperwork was delayed and only submitted after we called twice, just two days before the bank deadline. The truck was not cleaned prior to purchase, and we showed up for a scheduled appointment only to be told the promised fixes could not be completed. Based on my prior experience with the same individuals (who were previously under Ray Haskell but are still salespeople) this felt consistent with misleading sales practices focused solely on closing the purchase rather than honoring commitments. It had completely ruined our first & second vehicle-buying experience. We will not be purchasing another vehicle through any of Central Maine Motors locations.

  Christian was very upfront with the possible cost with it being a wiring issue. He sent a video explaining what was found along with calling to see how i wanted to go with the repair.

  Everyone was courteous and professional. The atmosphere was comfortable. Everyone I met was polite and friendly. I’m happy I found a vehicle I need, and they were able to work with me, my payments are in the price range I was hoping for! Thank to you all, and Thank you Brody, for your assistance and keeping me updated!

  Great service. Fast too! I called at noon, got an appointment at 4pm and was out at 5pm. Nail in the tire that couldn’t be plugged but they had the tire, and were seriously nice for a high pressure season.(Christmas) The only reason they don’t get five stars is because they won’t honor the tire warranty I bought from another dealership (out of state) so I’ll have to try for reimbursement through the warranty company directly.

  Not off to a great start. 2 days after buying a preowned 2019 f150 with the 5.0. Trucks been pushing white smoke out the tail pipe even after warmed up also had a pretty tough time starting multiple times after stopping for gas. Called my sales guy Josh who has been great this whole time he reached out to management because service just closed. Management told him to tell me to put fuel additive in the truck. Because according to them they water down the gas wich is correct but not that much. And also I put premium gas in the truck. So here I am playing the game with im pretty sure a blown head gasket because of the yellow sludge around the dipstick filler neck and the smoke coming out of the tail pipe also the oil smell and sweet smell when driving the truck. I've already had to put 2 quarts of oil in this truck. I put fuel additive in the tank but obviously didnt fix the problem. I was told they would be in contact Monday morning but I suppose we will see if they do right by me and fix the issue so I can change this reveiw. Josh and nick the sales guys have been fantastic this whole time. I've heard the horror story's about big named dealer ships and that is why I was so hesitant In getting a newer vehicle. everything I have ever owned has been from the 80s 90s and early 2000 I've never owned anything from this time period and 2 days into having a new one its already having problems it left a bad taste in my mouth. I've fixed my own vehicles sense i was a kid and ik where and how problems occur with trucks and car . I truly hope I can change this reveiw
