  They were able to get me in the same day to check out the fault on my rig. Pleasant to deal with. When it was time for the repair they gave me a ride to work and even dropped it off to me when the repairs were completed!!! Only reason they missed 5 stars was because I ended up having to call and see if the part was in. It had been there but nobody had contacted me to schedule. Minor though, overall outstanding experience!!!

  My husband and I would like to share what a positive experience we had at central maine ford dealership. Our sales agent, Cole and the team we dealt with provided excellent service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the process of purchasing our new vehicle. Even though the dealership was very busy the day we signed our paperwork, the team remained positive despite staying past closing time. We truly appreciated that they finished our transaction with a smile and never made us feel like a burden for staying late. We appreciate the ease with which the transaction was handled and wanted to recognize Cole for his exceptional efforts.

  This is my second purchase at Central Maine Ford. I met Brody the first purchase and dealt with him and Mike. They took great care of me each time. They checked in after the purchase of the first one and I’m sure they will this time. If you are in the market I highly recommend reaching out to them and seeing their options for you. We’ll be back for a 3rd.

  Usually have very good service here. Had a bit of a snafu this time. Someone forgot to securely fasten the protective plate under the vehicle after my oil change. It came loose on the highway, making a terrible racket as it dragged on the ground. When I called and asked what I should do, I was told to come back and assured they would get me right in to fix it. This didn't actually happen because they were full up and I had to wait almost a full hour to get my car back. Mistakes happen, I understand. Just don't set the expectation for a quick in and out when this isn't the case.

  If I could give this service department, zero or negative stars I would. They replaced a wiring harness in my bronco. So many details I could give but to keep the long story short, I got my brand new vehicle back after months of laziness and incompetence. After 4 vehicles, I thought my loyalty would be appreciated a bit more. I no longer have a brand new vehicle. There was more damage done to my vehicle than they fixed. Broken pieces, grease everywhere ( that I can never get out), sections of my car not put back together. After 10 years of loyalty with them and this is how they treat my daily driver. I will NEVER go back. And they will never get another penny from me nor my family and friends and the people I know. I don’t care if they have the “Central Maine Motor” name now, as long as the employees from Ray Haskell remain with the same mentality, it will stay incompetent and lazy.
