I was a bit disappointed in the alignment had to be done at a companion shop miles away due to the rack being down for more than 3 months. Some grease was present on the vehicle that my wife was unhappy with. But all in all I would return to the store for tire services.

All the men working there are very courteous and very fast and efficient. After 25 miles I went in to have my lug nuts tightened. I did not have to wait they came right out and tighten them. I will continue to be a customer there at tire Warehouse.

We brought our car in to get a tire patched, they were able to get us in same day, and ultimately didn't charge us. Felt generous at the time, but now is highly suspicious. The next day the TPS didnt work, tire blew and messed up the side wall - since our car is AWD we had to get a full set of 4 new tires. So this on the house tire patch turned into a $1K affair. However, we had the car towed VIP right away, where they inspected the patch job, and supposedly found no issues and no reason why the tire could have blown like that. So take this review with a grain of salt - bad hack job or suspicious coincidence. Original now irrelevant review: Incredible customer service. Helped us out same day with a tire patch. Will be back to get our winter tires
