She was very helpful and let me know the steps of returns and how paying in cash might be different getting it back (obviously by card). I even had to go back in for another part. She helped find the part that wasn't on the sales floor. Even was able to help her other associate. Cathy is a double timer and if she can will help find product even if she's helping other customers. Not taking time away from them but quick and easy things. If you happen to go there ask for Cathy. She is amazing and very sweet. Thank you for getting me the right parts.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
