  Set an appointment for a cutaway bus, I gave them all the information on the vehicle make model, and explained that it was a cutaway bus. (which the make and model comes back as a cutaway bus). Was told to bring it in at 8 AM that they could swap our steer tires. The person berated my Tech and Manager, and accused me of lying. Was not the same person I spoke too yesterday afternoon. Wasted our time and was rude. That's alright van and cutaway fleet can go elsewhere.

  Other than initially being directed to the location in the town next door (only 10 minutes away however), the booking was incredibly quick, the service dudes were excellent and the Goodyears I was recommended for my little Leaf EV made a huge difference in traction, driveability and reduced road noise. Thank you for the very quick and high quality results!

  I called. Got put on the line with call center. Lady said she put me in for 7am-11am morning slot. Manager rob comes on the phone, says if you bring it over we can have it swapped over in 15 minutes. All this is happening while I’m trying not to be late for work. I get there, walk into the shop and the guy looks at me and say I’m gonna need to go park your car. Mind you I THOUGHT I had an appointment . So anyways I park my car. Go back inside and the guy says we can get you in at 2:30…. I’m hello?!? What happened to getting me in ??? To which he follows up with we tried calling you. They MOST DEFINITELY did not. Tries to lie to me and tell me I have call blocker on which is total bs . Anyways I was very displeased with the whole situation. Hope this helps someone
