  Rude from start to finish! I made an appointment over the phone and was told to drop of my car between 7:30am and 11:am. I arrived at 8:15. The service writer said to me " your appointment was at 7:30." I explained what I was told on the phone and he replied "Your appointment was at 7:30 we expected you at 7:30." After a bit more back and forth, in the same vein, he started in on my trailer. I had brought my unmounted snow tires in on a 12 foot utility trailer. (As I have around ten times before.) He said (what are you going to do with that?) After waaay too much back and forth I finally figured out he was upset about my trailer being hooked to my car. So I simply asked what he wanted me to do with the trailer. He replied by pointing to a spot and telling me to unhook it there. (Finally!!) It usually takes a couple of seconds either they ask me to nicely drop the trailer somewhere or, sometimes they just say leave it on. Then during the course of the tire change I walked over to look at my car. As I have many times before. A man came out and said "You need to leave this area. That's why to cone is there cone is there" So I walked back into the waiting area. (Past another cone in front of the main walkway) When I checked out I said The problem with appointment timing was not my fault and he did not have to be rude about it. And just asking me to do what he wanted with trailer, in the first place would have saved time. His reply "People are late all the time. Nobody brings a trailer with their tires, it's just common courtesy. Have a nice day" On the bright side I saved the $20 I usually tip.

  Christmas Eve, needed a battery ASAP, Got in no problem, and was out within an hour. Friendly and courteous guys, as well as helpful. I would recommend them.

  Assistant "manager" stated they couldn't do an alignment because the inner tie rod was "seized". Asked if it was the actual inner tie rod or the jam nut, he confirmed "bad inner tie rod" I got it home and spent all of 5 minutes with a propane torch heating up the jam nut and freeing it. The inner tie rod was fine. If these idiots couldn't figure out how to free up a jam nut then they really shouldn't be around anyone's vehicle. Dont waste your time with these incompetent "mechanics". Nothing but a waste of time.

  Unbelievable unprofessional, smoking cigars in the shop, calling customers names when you can hear them in the lobby talking bad about them. Being condescending to customers and talking to them like they are children, save ur money and dont go to this place, very bad customer service

  I will NEVER be back to TW Lewiston - Management staff is incredibly unprofessional and clearly unknowledgable about how services effect an alignment. Went there last week to get my tires (that I purchased from there not even 6 months prior) rotated - after I left , right away my car started to veer to the right. I went back right away and told them now my alignment was out. Instead of getting me right back in to correct it - they scheduled me out a few days to have it checked. Showed up Monday for my 830 am appointment- waited for 2 hours for them to do an alignment check and alignment. They gave me my keys - I took it up to the dunkin and back and my car was veering WORSE! Brought it right back AGAIN. First excuse - "lisbon street curves on both sides so it's going to pull to the right. Drive it on a newly paved road" Umm... no?... I drive up and down it all day and it didnt do that before my tires were rotated. I humor them and drive around the block of Alfred plourd prkwy and still veering to the right... Bring it back.. Next excuse "it could be a bad ball joint or power steering" again... no issue before and I know what a bad ball joint sounds like and the power steering had given me no issues. I asked them to fix the problem - they gave me attitude - said i would have to wait 45 min to an hour while throwing a tantrum saying it would be redundant at this point. My husband tried to go in and talk to them and ask for refund since things weren't done correctly and was met with "that's not how things work" and "all your wife does is complain" 🤯 and you think NOW I'm going to wait around for you to touch my car again???? Byee. Called Auburn right away and was told I could come in the next morning to have them redo the alignment. Went to said appointment and they took it right in - Sure enough - alignment was still 10° off in front right tire asked if they could check the balance on them as well said they would charge me an extra 60$ to do that - we already didnt feel like we should have had to pay for the first alignment given how it was incorrect and how rude management was - so we said no. Left and alignment seemed fine.... for a few hours... by end of day - it was back out.. Day 3 of trying to get this corrected- we call Topsham TW. They give us appointment same day to go up and have them take a look. They took the car right in, showed me alignment was fine, but checked balancing on all 4 tires- turns out all 4 tires were incorrectly balanced in the first place (Lewiston) so they balanced them, re rotated them, noticed one was missing some air, filled it and when I asked if they needed anything from me - told me to have a good day... Topsham TW provided best customer service for this issue that was caused by the arrogent and disrespectful management of Lewistons TW...
