- PWPaul WardNov 13, 20251.0I come to Sullivan because I’ve never left feeling like I was screwed. That changed yesterday. I got a hole in my tire, called for appointment for Wednesday. Went to bring my car in Tuesday afternoon, and the service advisor never saved the appointment, and he admitted to it. After deciding to go with a different set of tires, I was able to keep the appointment on Wednesday which is great. Went to pick up my truck, and they did an alignment, which I did not ask for, nor was I asked if it was okay they did one. I believe it’s against the law in Maine to do any work on a vehicle without the owners permission. I also never asked for the tire maintenance package at 104$ so I got screwed out of nearly 250$. I will never come back to this location.

- TBTyler BurnsAug 26, 20255.0We blew out 2 rear tires on day 1 of a weeklong family vacation with two kids in tow near the Lewiston exit at 4:30PM. We pulled off, called around thinking we would have to rent a car because no one will have quick access to replacement tires that are 22". My second call was to Sullivan tire and we spoke with John, the manager, who said he could get them first thing the next morning. When we called back to confirm that we would come in, he had already gone ahead and ordered the tires in case we needed them. We spent the night, arrived at 8AM as instructed so he could get a jump start removing the old tires. All said, we were back on the road by 10AM the next morning and we were charged no more than if I had ordered them from the Tire Rack myself! They were totally honest, trustworthy, fairly priced, their showroom was clean and the staff was super helpful shuffling things around to make sure we got back on the road ASAP. John and his team saved the day- A Huge Thank You, John! This would be my tire store if I lived nearby!
