- RRrchrstnsn3 days ago5.0Great customer service. I had a tire with a nail in it that another shop claimed needed replacing. Brought it here and they showed me that the nail had folded over, looking bigger than it was: the actual puncture was minor, and they charged me almost nothing to fix it. I've been coming back since. Had control arms replaced by another shop (didn't realize these guys do that level of work) and an alignment here. Some clips were missing from the mud shields and I didn't know if it was them or the other shop. They didn't care -- put it on the lift and replaced the clips, no hassle. They're sincere and my interactions have been easy and honest. Will keep coming back.

- PWPaul WardNov 13, 20251.0I come to Sullivan because I’ve never left feeling like I was screwed. That changed yesterday. I got a hole in my tire, called for appointment for Wednesday. Went to bring my car in Tuesday afternoon, and the service advisor never saved the appointment, and he admitted to it. After deciding to go with a different set of tires, I was able to keep the appointment on Wednesday which is great. Went to pick up my truck, and they did an alignment, which I did not ask for, nor was I asked if it was okay they did one. I believe it’s against the law in Maine to do any work on a vehicle without the owners permission. I also never asked for the tire maintenance package at 104$ so I got screwed out of nearly 250$. I will never come back to this location.
