    Staff are not on the same page - Management from this location threatened to come take the vehicle from me even though when associate told me that it was fine and I could pay the remainder Upon returning the vehicle! I don’t mind hearing to the rules, but how I know I’m breaking the rules if I’m doing exactly what the associate from the first and second call told me to do!

    New car with only 22k on it. Downloaded the app which made check in fast and easy. Was driving out of the lot in 5-10 min Returning the vehicle was just as quick and easy. Employee's could've done a better job going through the gauges and gear selector functioning with me, since I'm used to older vehicles some of the new functions were tricky to figure out.
