We were quoted $30 out of pocket cost for the entire duration we had the rental. Insurance would cover the rest. I got there to pick up the car, and I did agree to pay for gas ahead of time and when he was talking about insurance and protection for the rental I was under the impression our insurance was going to cover that. NOPE. He added an additional fee for added protection that we DID NOT WANT OR NEED. Then instead of $30 out of pocket cost, it ended up being over $300. My fiance called multiple times to try and get this figured out/reimbursed and the manager refused. He also was supposed to send me an invoice and he did not. Absolute SCAM.
