  I requested a second opinion on my brakes as another garage had told me I needed new rear brakes. I was thrilled to learn that Sullivan Tire found all four brakes were in good shape on my car and within state inspection limits. Adrien was very good at explaining everything to me in our transaction. I will definitely return to Sullivan Tire and make them my new Car Repair center.

  David and the team at Sullivan Tire were extremely friendly and efficient! I had come in without an appointment, hoping to have my car looked at before having to travel the next day. My vehicle was able to be looked at and the minor repair was done in under an hour. I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful customer service.

  I will write to Mr. Sullivan directly about how manager David Slawson at the Falmouth Plaza Sullivan Tire store helped us tremendously recently with a cooling system problem well beyond the normal store manager's usual tasks. Saved our engine and helped get us to the local dealer for an extended warranty repair at no cost to us. Typical of our servicing experiences with Sullivan Tire for 23 years. We trust them with their recommendations for our car care. We are lucky. I bake a GF cake several times a year for the crew as a way to thank them for their superior service.   Always a very good experience. Very competent technicians. The manager at the in town Falmouth Maine location is excellent. Very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and professional.
