  The folks at TW were able to squeeze me in for a full, 4-tire replacement, last minute, on a Sunday - when no other places were open. So, why the one-star review? As I drove off the lot, my car was a little wobbly - but I put it down to not getting an alignment, new tires, etc. However, as I continued to drive the front driver’s side wheel was making a thumping sound… pulled over to check… The lug nuts hadn’t been tightened - and not “they just came loose”. They weren’t even finger-tight, and certainly hadn’t been put on with an air wrench like the others wheels. This could have ended in a much more deadly fashion; as it was, I tightened everything with a lug wrench and drove very carefully home. I’ve had issues with this location before, cutting corners with safety. I did not want to use their services again, but had no choice. Next time, I will wait to go somewhere else. Do not patronize this location, and do not trust their work. Five stars for squeezing me in… -4 stars for not tightening the wheels.

  I just bought tires from tire warehouse in Ellsworth Maine and had them studded at tire warehouse 😡 when I picked them up the man had bagged them and said there is oil on them from studding them(important to remember). Brought them to Bluehill Brakes and Tires and the garage refused to put them on bc the studs where ether to deep or u could take them out with your finger. Mind u I informed the guy that my 2 kids and I NEED studded snows on my Toyota bc we will be driving down a very steep incline down to route 1 and will slide into heavy traffic without these tires...... Remember they said there was oil on them from studding? NO OIL TOUCHED THOSE TIRES!! He was covering up his slopped work and hoping I went to a garage that would just throw them on! If that happen, tire warehouse could have kill my daughter's and I! I have pictures of said tires and they will be returned today and I'll never go back to that horrible place. 😡 How do I add a darn picture to this!!??!!

  Great management knowledgeable willing to help you right out and the nice thing is there not stuck up and just wanting to make a doller off ya good prices love them guts great new manager
