  The new manager, Mansell Toms, always has great customer service and has done a lot to clean up the customer waiting area.

  They no nothing about tires or real work, they called the cops because they refuse to patch a tire clearly in tread, not side wall, I go to next place, it gets fixed with no issures or restraining orders like they do t on so many according to the offficer that did tell me their history, I highly recommend anyone but these “worker”..

  I stopped in just at noon the day after Christmas. My 2025 Ford Ranger had a flat rear tire. I was desperate for a fix. The arrogant desk clerk across the street at VIP shrugged his shoulders and said he could repair it Monday. Instead, I went across the street to Tire Warehouse. I walked in and Matt the manager greeted me asking me how he could help. I told him I was visiting family for Christmas and had driven 250 miles from New Hampshire. "Sure, we can fix that flat. I've got one job in front of you. Are you able to wait for about 40 minutes?", he asked. "Why of course. I'm so thankful you can get me back on the road so fast." I logged into their free Wifi, and chatted up Matt when he wasn't helping other customers. I discovered SO MUCH from him! I had no idea a repair shop is not allowed to work on tires 10 years old. In some cases, they don't do it after 7 because of tire degradation. I found out Matt had been with Tire Warehouse for 27 years! I can see why, because it's a great company to work for. He seemed super happy. John took my truck in and within minutes fixed my flat. Matt handed me my key and said, "Safe travels back home!" I said, "How much do I owe you?" "Nothing. All I ask is you buy your next set of tires from me or a Tire Warehouse close to you." DONE DEAL! I would have given Matt 7 stars if possible. What an amazing surprise to get a Christmas gift from Tire Warehouse! I'll be sharing this same story in my Ask the Builder newsletter that goes out to 20,000 folks like you.   I wanted all weather tires so I didn’t have to come back in the spring but they put studded tires on instead. Over the phone we only ever said all weather. The man took advantage of my lack of knowledge about tires. He even said at the end “Well, you’ll have to save up and come back in the spring.” which is when I realized they weren't what I wanted and indicated to me he knew all along that wasn’t what I wanted. I wasn’t about to stay another hour for them to fix it so I didn’t argue but I’ll never go back there.

  I needed a tire repair. They provided excellent service, professional, efficient and courteous, and courteous. Would definitely recommend!
