  Very great place. Cheaper then going to the airport. Got the 300$ deposit back within less then 24 hours.

  The staff at the Ellsworth , Maine branch are wonderful! They are very easy to talk to and work with. Picking up and returning the car was very easy and quick.

  Too bad i cant do negative stars cause this place is something else, i booked a car 2 days prior to my scheduled trip and then 20 minutes before i even picked up the car i get a call from enterprise telling me that they dont have any car available even tho i had already reserved the car with my credit card, next time just save your time and money and just head straight to hertz on bangor airport.

  Zero communication from other parties insurance company and enterprise on when to return the car. You'd think 30 days late "supposedly" someone would have atleast reached out about their car. I returned the rental when my totalled car was paid off. With a hefty bill. AND it was the guy who rear ended us at 60 mph fault 100% but yet im being billed for this. ZERO REACH OUT, ZERO COMMUNICATION..
