Brunswick incorrectly billed me for 2X after confirming all the details with Marco prior to closing out the bill. I called them three times to get the error fixed. Marco apologized for the error and told me the refund was going to be processed 2 weeks ago. Nice on the phone, but I never got correctly billed and refunded. They just kept my money. I will avoid this location. Distribution of reviews shows a high frequency of issues here. Will dispute the charge and contact HQ.

They called us an hour before pickup time as we were checking out of our hotel to say there's no car for us and there's nothing they could do, tough luck. I hope this helps someone else from making the mistake of trying to rent from here. They will leave you with no options. Edit: Lee Toyota in Topsham saved our trip! They had cars at the last minute AND they picked us up AND they were cheaper! Highly recommend and will leave them 5 stars. I have a feeling Brunswick Enterprise gives them a lot of business because of their ineptitude 🥲

The manager, DJ, and staff promise call-backs that never happen, and when you follow up, Sam tops it off with disgraceful hostility. The lack of vehicle availability is only matched by the inept incompetence of upper management. Truly impressive how a team can be this unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable all at once.
