  On the Saturday I picked up my rental truck, Caroline was working alone, 4 to 5 people ahead of me for rentals. She was Amazing to watch handle all the customer's. Positive, Knowledgeable, Explained The Complete Process With Everyone And Was Smiling The Whole Time! She Is An Asset To Your Company

  This was the easiest, most delightful car rental experience I’ve ever had! The team over there was so friendly and efficient. On both ends I was in and out within a few minutes. My family and I rented a minivan to roadtrip from Midcoast to Montreal. The car was impeccable and the price was very fair. I would absolutely recommend and plan to use them for future rental needs.

  I cancelled my reservation. Was not allowed to leave my vehicle at their location. You need to leave your vehicle at the park and ride and have a cab bring you back to enterprise with all of your belongings. Staff was not helpful. Didn't look to have a compromise. What happened to the staying "we'll pick you". As an enterprise member, I was very displeased wiith the service. Doesn't happen at this location.. Look for another location (ex. Lewiston, ME) or other rental car company (recommend Lee Toyota..better price)
