  I took my truck into Tire Warehouse to have 4 tires i had already purchased mounted and balanced and a 4 wheel alignment done. I arrived at 9:00 am to drop my truck off waited 15 minutes to speak to someone guy that came out was jyst a tire tech was NOT the service manager . I asked when the manager would be in he said he wasnt sure Service manager finally called me at 11:30 to ask me what I needed done even though I already went over everything the day before with him! 1:30 he calls me to tell me tbey cant get tbe covers my rims to get to the lugnuts so they cant do tbe tires that if I wanted to go in and try to get tbe 2 screws out I could ! I went in got my truck took it to my buddies shop down the road took the covers off took me all of 10 minutes took the truck back they finally got tbe tires done I went in to pick up my truck 3 others waiting no one around I finally went out back after hearing them talking laughing and things banging/bouncing off the wall cone to find out they were throwing knives at the wall Service was absolutely terrible communication was a joke they should be ashamed of themselves especially for a tire shop to not have the correct tools to do the job they are being paid to do They are the ONLY tire shop in the Bangor/Brewer area that isn't booked out atleast a week for tire appointments I wouldn't even give 1 star but I had no choice !

  When in on Friday afternoon to get alignment done and came out worst I try calling back the store never answer try calling all day Saturday no answer no call back like the call center was telling me finally one person gave me the corporate number told me to call for a refund the lady I spoke to was rude about it told me I need it to get a paper saying it was off witch we did I sent it on the email I was giving and nothing it came back

  When there on 12/5 to get alignment on my car and it drives worst than what it did 134 dollars for 15 min of work I think it’s a real rediculess price been calling since last night and they don’t answer there phone never it goes to a call center and then they put call tru to store and no answer pretty piss off about this

  Purchased Snows with Studs a couple of weeks ago for my wife’s car. On my vehicle I needed to switch to Snows I have that are on their own wheels. Usually can do myself but there was one stuck lug I could not get off. Called Tire Warehouse and got an appointment same day, they swapped of the tires for me removed and replaced the lug nut. Great service, great price, made it easy for me. Thanks

  It was terrible I made the appt with the call service .dropped the car off for scheduled appt Friday November 15 after work I got a ride back to tire warehouse and they hadn't worked on my car at all said they didn't know why it was there even though I had a confirmation they proceeded to say they could do it quickly which they did maybe took them five minutes still charged me and I would say it goes worse then it did when I dropped it off I would rather give no stars but it won't complete the survey with out
