I was rolling again on the new tire by noon. Wide selection, expert advice, outstanding friendly service and a fair price. All in all a good experience.

However, the confirmed 8:00 appointment for about one hour became an 8:30 start (I arrived a few minutes before 8) due to the technician being late, and the appointment ended more than two hours after I arrived. I'm familiar with auto repairs not always going according to plan, but I planned my day according to the time estimated, and the extra hour threw off my other plans. Still, I appreciate the manner in which the work was done, and when I need similar work in the future, Sullivan Tire is likely to get my business.
