  For the love of god don’t go here. If you want your next tire rotation and oil change to cost over 1,000 then go for it. I have presented these people with direct proof how their incompetent technicians cross threaded and over tightened my lug nuts. Resulting in damage to a wheel bearing and multiple studs. They’re doing everything in their power to not pay. They offered $200 out of 1000$ worth of damage for “good customer service.” This place is garbage. They have no integrity in their services. Go to a place that will at-least back their work and not make you fight for damages caused to your new vehicle. All this because some idiot can’t rotate a tire. Absolute joke of a place. Mind you my car is serviced regularly at Ira Honda and was only purchased a year ago. It just received a state inspection. It is regularly looked over and had Zero issues before. But I made the stupid mistake of stopping into this location for a quick service. Take your money elsewhere where.

  Had to get my control arms fixed, my cabin filter replaced, oil changed and a few other things. The staff were incredibly friendly especially Kyle who’s just an all around great guy. The service wasn’t too expensive and it was done very quickly. I would come again in a heartbeat.

  I wish they told customers the prices upfront. I went in for an oil change, and they suggested changing the filter. I agreed without being told the price. I also had the front and rear windshield wipers replaced for $30 each, which I wasn’t expecting. When everything was done, my total came to $276. If I had known the wipers were $30 each, I would have gone to Walmart instead. When recommending additional services, they should always explain the cost beforehand—especially since I came in for just an oil change and ended up paying much more than expected.

  I had a frustrating experience during a recent oil change at Jiffy Lube. After my vehicle was finished and pulled out of the bay, it began to rain and I went to start the car. My key fob could not be found. Several employees checked the vehicle but it wasn’t inside. I suggested that perhaps it had accidentally been left in another vehicle that had just left the bay. After contacting that customer, it turned out my key fob was on his dashboard. Thankfully he turned around before getting onto the interstate and returned it to the shop. After leaving to pick up a friend nearby, I immediately noticed the car sounded unusually loud, like it had an aftermarket air intake installed. I returned to the shop and it was discovered that the air intake filter cover had not been reinstalled correctly. In addition, when the cabin filter was replaced and the glove box was opened, the items that had been on the passenger floor (papers, a flashlight, and my EpiPen) were not returned to where they had been stored. Mistakes happen, but the number of oversights during a routine service was concerning, and the situation was largely brushed off when I brought it to their attention. I hope this was an isolated incident, but I felt it was important to share the experience.

  My experience at the Jiffy Lube in Biddeford Maine was excellent. On a recent trip from Massachusetts to Maine I realized I had a problem with my car's cooling system. The Subaru dealer recommended that I contact Jiffy Lube. They were waiting for me and completed the job thoroughly, professionally and quickly. They also filled my windshield washer fluid and added air to my tires. I was back on the road in no time. I would strongly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone needing service on their car.
