- DBDavid B1 day ago2.0I had a frustrating experience during a recent oil change at Jiffy Lube. After my vehicle was finished and pulled out of the bay, it began to rain and I went to start the car. My key fob could not be found. Several employees checked the vehicle but it wasn’t inside. I suggested that perhaps it had accidentally been left in another vehicle that had just left the bay. After contacting that customer, it turned out my key fob was on his dashboard. Thankfully he turned around before getting onto the interstate and returned it to the shop. After leaving to pick up a friend nearby, I immediately noticed the car sounded unusually loud, like it had an aftermarket air intake installed. I returned to the shop and it was discovered that the air intake filter cover had not been reinstalled correctly. In addition, when the cabin filter was replaced and the glove box was opened, the items that had been on the passenger floor (papers, a flashlight, and my EpiPen) were not returned to where they had been stored. Mistakes happen, but the number of oversights during a routine service was concerning, and the situation was largely brushed off when I brought it to their attention. I hope this was an isolated incident, but I felt it was important to share the experience.

On a recent trip from Massachusetts to Maine I realized I had a problem with my car's cooling system. The Subaru dealer recommended that I contact Jiffy Lube. They were waiting for me and completed the job thoroughly, professionally and quickly. They also filled my windshield washer fluid and added air to my tires. I was back on the road in no time. I would strongly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone needing service on their car.
