On top it was 10 degrees outside and nick (other gentlemen that worked there) volunteered to go out and change my battery for me! They will be getting my business for years to come and I highly recommend them for anything you might need!

He proceeded to over complicate the buying process with 0 customer service. My wife is a customer service specialist and knows how to treat people. This guy shoukd be educated or fired. He asked her questions about batteries that weren’t relative to the situation seemingly to make her feel stupid. Don’t go to the Biddeford location please .

We looked up auto parts stores in the area and were directed to Auto Zone #3205 in Beddeford. The employee that helped us was awesome. I don't recall his name. He came out and replaced the battery and we were on our way after about 20 minutes. Can't get service like that in many places anymore. Transaction #457443
