I was then assisted by Shaun as he helped answer all my questions and concerns during my visit to the store. Overall both Shaun and Tyler were both very friendly, and helpful to me while at the store. I highly recommend the Biddeford Maine Advance Auto Parts store if you want excellent helpful customer service.

The woman who was working at 230pm on December 5gh was extremely rude aswell. Every time I go there either there isnt a employee in sight or there is a line across the store because one of the employees has zero knowledge of cars and cant figure out how to look up the parts its no wonder advanced is closing most of thier stores they used to be good what happened?
