- CDCourt DwyerMar 20, 20262.0I needed a car for 2 days over the weekend. Because you are closed on the weekend I had to rent the car for 3 days to be able to turn it in Monday. A 50% increase to accommodate your policy. Companies make policy to make it easier for them to do business or less expensive to operate. As the customer, I can go elsewhere if I do not like your policy. I intend to do exactly that, go elsewhere. I used to have a corporate account in the 90s and have always tried to rent from Enterprise for personal needs. Now that I am retired, I am expense-conscious. Signing up for a $42/day rental but paying $63/day because I had to rent for 3 days when my need was for 2 days will cause me to look elsewhere. I am truly sorry.

When your insured damages someone else’s vehicle, ignoring the claim doesn’t make it disappear. It just shows a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Enterprise, I’m asking for a public response here — because calls clearly aren’t working. This is a legitimate claim, and I expect someone to contact me immediately to resolve it. A company this large should not need to be chased to do the right thing. Do better.
