  I'm not sure which Bangor location my service technicians were based out of, so I'm putting this review on both. I can't tell you how much they turned a months long headache and stressful situation into a piece of cake solution for me! I bought brand new tires for my 37ft RV somewhere else last summer (HUGE mistake, sorry! 😅). Long story short, I drove the RV home and didn't think twice about it until months later when I went to drive her again. Checked the air pressure to make sure everything was still good and *pop* I hear the valve core stem in BOTH new tires pop off and go flying while the tires rapidly start deflating. I learned how to change the cores out myself, but the passenger side core was disintegrating inside the valve. I spent months trying to research and ask around at different repair shops how to get a $2 part repaired without having to tow an entire 37ft RV. No one had an alternative answer until I realized I could just call to have my spare tire put on and drive the vad tire to a shop 🤯🤠 Anyway, in making small talk I just briefly mentioned this to the service techs who came out for my "flat tire" roadside call and BOOM. Then enthusiastically offered to just replace the stem for me instead of putting on my spare! Months of calling other places, and even my roadside assistance membership hotline, all saying it could only be replaced in shop. These two guys just made it happen like a piece of cake, and truly made an otherwise really stressful week a complete turn around. Faith in humanity at least temporarily restored. Thank you, thank you!

  This one where stratham was. Same bad manager and allignment guys as the one that was on hammond st. Dishonest, tell you they alligned the vehicle, multiple in fact for me, and cost me 2k in tires in a year. Didnt sllign due to stuck bolts, that the best buy one run by adam fixed in no time, hammond st didnt tell me and ruined multiple sets of tires. Three in fact. Odd because the awesome store near best buy fixed both vehicles and the tires are wearing fine. I told hammond st each allignment i had the wear looked funny. They told me it was fine until i brought them a tire bald on one side after 10k. They also dont rotate them as it was the same tire in that spot through 3 allignments. They tell you two hours here. Its never less than 4 to 6. Blonde manager is extremely rude and lies. Told us to find a diff company if we werent happy instead of fixing her workers lies. I wouldnt even bring fleet vehicles you dont care about here. 3 sets of tires. One set was mich defenders. Never gotten more than 10k miles out of tires from here. Scam. If you got tires here and they wear funny, blonde female mgr tells you that its potholes.

  My girlfriend and mother were visiting her daughter in UMaine for the weekend 2 weeks ago driving from Delaware. The Check engine light came on our vehicle 30 minutes from Bangor and was running roughly. Their hotel recommended Sullivan's. On a Friday, an hour before closing, the awesome staff diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem in only half an hour. My girlfriend was back on the road and had a fabulous weekend. The trip back to Delaware was a smooth ride also. Highly recommend for the service and the friendly staff. Thank you again!!!

  Nous avons eu un service hors pair ! En vacances pour le week-end, nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture sur la roue avant un vendredi après-midi. La gentille demoiselle au service à trouver un moment afin de régler la situation et faire en sorte que notre voyage au Maine se poursuive. Employés sympathiques, service professionnel. Un énorme Merci, de la part des 2 filles du Québec !
