  Enterprise at the Bangor International Airport was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They were also very fast! Will definitely use again!

  Special shout-out to Nilah, who was able to correct insurance option problems on my rental quickly, and get me on my way. A very pleasant experience at close to midnight. Everyone else that I dealt with was also quick and very capablevof their job. Doing all transactions quickly, being friendly , and happy to engage in friendly banter about their locale or your trip. It would also appear the "behind the scenes" crew is excellent also, as my vehicle had been on numerous muddy roads. I saw it less than an hour later and it looked spotless from a distance. Cars have so much tech, there is a need for a quick start card in rental vehicles, put it on a wire like bank pens. Lol. With topics/drawings on how to connect cell phone to vehicle, dash light dimmer operation, headlight operation, wiper operation, and cruise ctrl operation, too. Overall, great job, excellent customer experience/service. Except for the vehicle learning curve, especially since all my personal vehicles are pre 2010. With little tech.

  With the intense competition in your business the one defining factor is SERVICE. your staff in Bangor was the best. From picking up the vehicle very late where the attendant, Nilah (that was the name on the card) stayed knowing the flight was changed and would be there late that night to returning the vehicle with Jacob who was incredibly professional and very personable the staff at Bangor airport was awesome. I would absolutely rent again because of service like that.

  Rented for a one-way rental from Bangor, Maine to New York. Several additional charges once we arrived in New York, Maybe these are New York State taxes but I’m sure a company like Enterprise could have included them in the quote. Ther are some surprises with this company’s pricing. People were great - the car was great.
