  I have always used Enterprise in the past and even though I saw more affordable options when looking for a rental online, I chose Enterprise. I arrived for my rental early, as I had been hoping to complete my work day and arrive afterwards. Unfortunately my vehicle had to be towed to the mechanic and my timeline was not correct. I didn't consider that the lot would not have any cars. I was pretty shocked at first and considered canceling my reservation and getting a car at the airport instead. I'm glad I did wait, because the employees there took great care of me. They got me in a vehicle sooner than expected even though they had to upgrade me to do so. That was very much appreciated, and the vehicle was exactly what I needed. I have never had a bad experience with Enterprise and that is why I will continue to use them.

  Thank you for making my first time renting a pleasure. In and out process. Less than a half hour and I'm on the road. My rental was great! Clean, neat and such a fresh smell. A big bonus! I would most definitely choose and recommend Enterprise! Thank you

  I don't have a credit card. Found out at pickup a credit cardwas required (only at airports) because supposedly people steal rental cars mostly from airports... So reservation needed to be canceled. Had to drive to another Enterprise location (not an airport) and rent a lesser car, but was charged more bc it was a day-of reservation. The Enterprise staff at both locations was wonderful. But the Enterprise policies are complete BS. And, yes, will rent from Enterprise again, bc you're basically a monopoly in this area. It would have been nice if a message popped up that a CC was required to pick up at the particular location, which I only chose for the hours and convenient location for that day. The car I was ultimately given, the Mitsubishi Mirage, felt like it was going to fall apart and was powered by very tired hamsters. But it got the job done...

  Great experience at the Bangor location! Car was super clean but more importantly… associate was friendly, efficient and such a positive attitude!
