  Great people to deal with for tires but when it comes to alignment they could definitely improve, simplest part of an alignment is making sure the steering wheel is straight before starting

  Went for my appointment that was scheduled and was told the alignment guy wasn’t there. This has happened many times, had to reschedule for 2 days after and than tried to charge me $130 over my price given online. They stated alignment pricing wasn’t included online, when I showed them otherwise, they did take it off but still had an attitude. I will not return!!!!!

  I would like to speak with someone outside of the Tire Warehouse location in Bangor, Maine regarding my recent experience. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. When I asked about the valve stems that were installed, the representative I dealt with was rude and dismissive. Additionally, the alignment was not done correctly the first time, which required me to return twice. The first return visit was because the tire air pressure had not been properly set. The second was due to my Jeep pulling hard to the left after the alignment service. When I brought these concerns forward, the employee assisting me seemed irritated and unprofessional, which made the situation even more frustrating. I spent $1,109.02 on new tires and related services, and I do not believe it is unreasonable to expect accurate work and respectful customer service. Instead, I felt rushed and treated poorly. Plus the tires wasn't even what I asked for.

  The only problem I had was… I just had my truck cleaned right before I got to Tire Wearhouse. When they finished my tire rotation, they did not clean their hands and left grease all over the outside of my door, steering wheel, gear shifter and inside door handle. Absolutely disrespectful. Such an easy problem to solve.

  I called to see if they had the equipment needed to diagnose my tire sensor issue before making an appointment. The rep was rude and hung up on me after asking him that one question.
