If Safelite had been honest from the start, I never would have booked with them. Instead, they wasted my time and left me with an incomplete job. There was no offer of compensation or any effort to make up for the inconvenience they caused. Their communication was poor, their customer service was indifferent, and they showed zero accountability. I will never use Safelite again, and I strongly suggest others avoid them. Completely unprofessional company.
