  Rented for a one-way rental from Bangor, Maine to New York. Several additional charges once we arrived in New York, Maybe these are New York State taxes but I’m sure a company like Enterprise could have included them in the quote. Ther are some surprises with this company’s pricing. People were great - the car was great.

  Prior to getting my rental, Patrick called me to check on some details of our trip and make sure everything was copesetic. He was very polite and super helpful. He didn't ask me to write a review, but knowing how rare it can be to get that kind of service, I felt like it was warranted.

  We arrived late at night to Bangor and was met with the most friendly and helpful staff at Enterprise. The check in process was smooth and we left the airport completely satisfied. Returning the vehicle was just as fast and efficient. Will definitely return to this location for my rental car needs in Bangor!
