  Normally Tire Warehouse is extremely understanding and flexible. They've had my back every winter and I'll never forget how they helped me a couple years ago when my tire popped and they got me in asap. This last experience left a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I got a flat and needed someone to patch my tire. First, I attempted to call but I got stuck in a never-ending loop with their phone tree. So I decided to go in person. The man at the front desk was extremely sarcastic towards the woman in line in front of me, who had an appointment. When it came my turn to speak to him, he let me know that they were booked out until Saturday (it's Wednesday). I ended up just calling VIP Tire on Western Ave and they got me in within an hour. It's completely understandable that they were booked out, but the customer service needs work on all levels.

  Lightening fast, efficient, super friendly service and the lowest price I would've never expected to pay for getting the job done. Called for an appointment midmorning and had it scheduled for 5. Got there 45 minutes early, they took it right in and I was paid up and ready to go home by quarter of. I also was offered a sheltered spot to smoke my cigarette as it was raining and nearly mistook one of the fellas' Tupperware container for an ashtray. Caught myself just before but without realizing that I'd narrowly avoided a very embarrassing blunder, I was informed that the fellow who's lunch it was had wanted me to know I was more than welcome to eat as much of it as I wanted 😀 Now that's above and beyond what great service ought be!   Great price 99$ (after discount)! Car drives 100% smoother and feels great! I was only waiting about 30-40 minutes roughly but they were busy on a Saturday morning so its understandable! Friendly for the most part!

  The service here is exceptional. I came in with a nail in my tire and was waited on immediately, tire replaced and employees went out of their way to make me feel at ease. I would highly recommend them! So thankful I chose their business.

  I have been taking my vehicles here for years, they’ve always taken very good care of me. When I set up the appointment, I was able to get in the very next day for a tire rotation and alignment check. The tire rotation was done very quickly, and I appreciate their honesty and not charging me for the alignment as my vehicle did not need one.
