  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tire Warehouse in Augusta. I purchased four brand-new Cooper Endeavor tires (one of the higher-priced options) and paid for an alignment at the same time, spending well over $1,000 total. Unfortunately, the alignment was done incorrectly — and I had to return three separate times to have it “fixed.” After continued issues, I brought my vehicle to another reputable shop in town. They corrected the alignment and provided documentation showing what was wrong and what adjustments had to be made. I returned to Tire Warehouse with this paperwork. While the local store initially agreed to refund $99 for the alignment, it had to go through corporate, and I ultimately received only $50 back. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the time and income I lost. I missed four days of work dealing with repeated appointments and corrections. In addition to the $115 I paid another shop to properly fix the alignment, I lost approximately $1,200 in wages. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told that communication goes through a back office rather than directly with management, which added to the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Between the repeated alignment failures, poor communication, and financial loss, I cannot recommend this location. I strongly encourage others to seek a shop with reliable equipment and better customer support.

  These guys were great! I had a split in my snow tire of unknown origin, but obviously very unsafe. I made an online appointment and called them because I was running late- they said no problem. The gentleman who booked me in was very professional and knowledgeable. I basically had 2 options: replace the snow tires on the front or swap out all my tires for new all season tires. I decided to replace all 4 tires since it’s late February anyway. They saved 2 of my snow tires so next year I’ll just have to put 2 new studded tires on the front. The two guys working in the garage were super helpful and knowledgeable as well. I had an issue with my lugnut key that they helped me figure out for next time at my rotation. Oh and the cost was reasonable $750 for 4 brand new Goodyear American made alll season 65k warrranty. Anyway 10/10 highly recommend

  went in on a monday to get a hole patched and they were so kind to get me in asap. woke up on a wednesday and my tire was flat again, went back in and the repatched the same hole and another for free. the older gentleman (assuming the manager/supervisor) was so kind and friendly to my loud and obnoxious kiddos, even gave them donuts 🤣

  Place is great been there since I was driving .I think this only place that u can walk I to without appointment. No one plans on a flat tire but if you do unfortunately get a flat tire then need it fixed n call around.everyone wants to make appt but tire warehouse u can walk through door and come our with problem solved.plus one thing to anyone reading this.those guys work hard show sum appreciation I allways do.
