  We have driven Volkswagen for years. We have had six Volkswagen’s altogether through the years. The latest being a Jetta GLI and a Tiguan. I purchased a Mazda SUV from this dealership to replace the Tiguan and I am so impressed with the vehicle and this dealership compared to the horrors we dealt with VW the last couple years, between a simple key being programmed to a DSG service being done as a drain and fill. When it comes to dealership service knowledge and accountability Volkswagen America would not help us resolve a legal issue that was never resolved stating that they depend on their technicians and dealers for technical diagnosis when a customer has a concern. This was extremely concerning to me. After doing a lot of research, Volkswagen America is a lot different company than they were 10 years ago. I love this Mazda. I will never own another Volkswagen again. The quality is superior to the Tiguan by far. We will be trading the GLI in as well. This is by far the best experience I have had with a dealership. The service department and sales department are extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

  My mother from vermont was visiting here in maine. She has a new mazda but couldn't use her remote start from her phone. Upon going into the dealership she was treated with respect, patience and professionalism. Awesome experience!!

  Paul Blouin Mazda continues to impress me with their top notch service going above and beyond even after my car purchase. It’s refreshing to find a dealership that provides excellent customer service! They understand the value of building a lasting relationship. I love my Mazda hybrid CX-50 and will continue to recommend them to everyone!!!

  We bought our first Mazda and Brandon treated us like we were family. He found us a car that we love and walked us through the whole process patiently and clearly. At no point did I feel as if we were being taken advantage of. He is going to be my first call when we need to find our next car.
