I was on hold for about 10 minutes. No answer. I hung up. Figured I would get it the next day. Showed up the next day and they had given my rental to someone else and offered me one 4 days out. Needless to say I was furious. I offered to drive up to an hour away for a rental. They had nothing for me within an hour and 6 different locations. Only reason they get two stars is because the Brunswick maine manager treated me nice when I explained everything to them. This location along with others in the area lack space for their vehicles and available vehicles to rent. I rented mine from the airport picked it up in 1 hour from Hertz at a comparable price. I will got to Hertz first from now on given the chance. I do not like leaving bad reviews but this was very frustrating.
