- JRJohn RacineOct 19, 20255.0So to start i had my vehicle taken apart in garage. They normally dont deliver to our business as short staff for delivery and we are kinda far from the store. I called they had the part that other parts stores got wrong and luckily thankfully for the commercial side employee Nathan had just clocked out before I called. He was super great that he got the part that I needed personally and he personally drove it out to me on his own time, and in his personal vehicle!! Then he stayed to make sure it was the correct part we needed. Just to say that has been way more than any other parts stores had done as most the others kept giving me the wrong parts instead. So grateful that the employees actually have knowledge of vehicles and parts for them. We have a video on our YouTube JMBlueNose of when we went to the store to get the muffler we needed also. That was a great experience and great to be able to pick it up as they have most all the parts I have even needed in the store even!! The 5 star is a lot to Nathan and other employees from the great personalities and assistance they provide to all!! Will was amazing and helped me unhook the battery and then hook it back up. It fixed the issue and the whole team at AutoZone was phenomenal!!
