  Staff was friendly, but when I looked at my rims each one had huge scratches/chunks taken out of them. When I called the store they said they could credit back my tire swap. My car is a year old and that isn’t good enough. Reached out to there corporate office and submitted a claim.

  Manager Joe, was accommodating and explained everything well. He didn't try to upsell me with work that wasn't needed. I appreciated his honest assessment and will definitely come back!

  I discovered a flat tire on my car Saturday due to a nail. After failing to navigate their automated switchboard phone service, I was able to book an appointment on Sunday online. I received a confirmation email and text message immediately and a second confirmation text on Sunday reminding me of the appointment. After filling my tire and limping to Auburn Tire Ware House on Sunday I discovered they were closed. I WAS a loyal customer for 15 years. Now I will have to go elsewhere.

  We bought our tires back in 2023.. Free tire rotation, the guys in Auburn were very nice, efficient, we got right in the very next day. When I need new tires I will definitely go back to Tire warehouse. Thank-you! Barbara Hughes

  I can say that I will never do business with the Auburn tire warehouse thanks to the manager, Jim I bought and paid for truck tires at the Norway Maine location. Their alignment machine in Norway was not functioning properly, so I was referred to have my alignment done in a very professional referral to auburn store by the new manager in Norway, Blake. I recommend seeing him for your tire needs! The person that I set up the appointment with from the answering service quoted me a price for the alignment in which the manager from the Norway store also did as well. I would assume for the inconvenience of me having to drive from Norway to Auburn just for an alignment, but to keep my business with the same company that is why I was quoted a price of $100 for an alignment. Jim, the manager from the Auburn store, took it upon himself to call my phone and tell me that he was not going to honor the prices that I was quoted, and I was not gonna tell him what I was gonna pay for an alignment because their alignments start at 134.99 and then hung up the phone on me. Thanks for your very unprofessional like conduct with me Jim, I spend quite a bit of money on tires and I own upwards of seven vehicles, you will never get any of my business. I’m very dissatisfied with the way that I was just treated for being referred to have some work done on a vehicle within the same company that I purchased tires for. Jim you should have a little more care for the customer spending thousands of their hard earned dollars with the company that employed you and pays your families bills. Great job Norway Tire Warehouse though.
