  First time there pleasantly surprised, clean waiting room, clean restroom, good customer service, tech took time to tell me what he did and what he saw. My new service place. I left feeling safer on the road.

  Prior to finding Sullivan's I had tried two other tire companies and actually left due to being greeted with attitude and poor customer service. But when I walked into Sullivan's I was greeted and my car was pulled in at the appointment time requested. While I was waiting there was lots of laughter and interaction with staff, vendors and customers, it made the atmosphere pleasurable and the wait didn't feel as long. They did not try to sell me on something I wasn't in need of. I was in at my appointment time and the installation was timely. I highly recommend Sullivan tire and I will go back.   Online scheduling simple and convenient with a rapid response and confirmation. Phone conversation with location easy and professional. Estimate was clear and final bill was exact to the estimate. Tires feel great. High expectations met throughout the short process.
