Took a whole 1/2 hour, in and out. . They also have an agreement with other tire stores in different states so when I drive to Florida I still get free rotation!

Although the tires they put on the truck were not the recommended size by the manufacturer. I was also charged nearly $16 for TPMS stem caps and replacement cores… They were not replaced.

The resaon I mention that is all four of the same exact tires cost $500 less than a year ago. On top of that when she left after picking up her car there were issues with the alignment and wheel pulling to the left. When I called and spoke to a "manager" he stated thats not our fault, but yet on the receipt its states an alignment inspection is done for free which it wasnt, and I was futher told those things only show on the receipt all we do is the mounting and balancing. Ive always had great luck with Tire Warehouse not this time. An alignment was done two days after I brought it to the attention and this was the results. You let people drive away like that.

They sold us on the drive train line of bull I feel a bit taken advantage of. They did however put the tires on correctly, but did not put the spare back right
