  The service was excellent and everything was done as promised. Very easy to deal with and Garry the manager was professional, didn't try and oversell me, and got my tires replaced on time.

  The counter guy was nice, however he told me the tires I found on the website would come to $200 more than what they said online. So I asked for a cheaper option. He proceeded to give me the same tires for the price that showed online, but told me they were cheaper ones. They were the same. Misunderstanding maybe. But my rims were destroyed. We just bought the car and it did not have damage on every rim. Now there are big gouges all the way across the surface. Definitely never using them again. First time there, never again.

  Absolutely terrible had an appointment scheduled when and they knew nothing about the appointment besides that it was supposed to happen. None of the information I had put in like the tires I had selected or the services I had selected. We’re not shown at all they then quoted me a price almost $100 more expensive than what it said online When I made the appointment, I was then forced to purchase a different pair of tires than the ones I’d ordered along with that. They completely screwed all four of my Rims There’s massive gases, scrapes, and dents on all four of them along with them being covered in black what I presume is brake dust When I have pictures of them before they went in and they were not like that There was curb rash on one of my back Rims, but the rest were completely unscratched, and now they are completely covered and scratches and dings and absolutely ruin I am very unsatisfied and I would not recommend anyone going oh, and just so you know Your employees messed up and put a $700 pair of tires on when I ordered a set that was less than 400 So you’ve more than paid for your mistake Cheers and have a lackluster lousy day just like your service

  The crew at Tire Warehouse in Arundel are the best. Very quick service. No BS kind of place, in and out in a jiffy. I will always take my vehicles there!
