Great staff and a smooth experience! Check-in was quick and easy, and picking up the car didn’t take long at all.

This is a one man show franchisee, you don’t get the same level of service you normally get from Enterprise

Excellent customer service & experience at Tivat airport. We were worried a small scratch had appeared on the car during our visit, however, when we queried this with the company they confirmed this was existing. We really appreciated the honesty. Would recommend.

I dropped off at this location. When I finally found it, it was chaotic and confusing. There is no signage. I was directed to the incorrect location multiple times and had to pay to exit parking lots I was told to enter by airport staff. The location did not answer the phone and again, I never saw an Enterprise sign. I am praying that the person I gave my keys to actually works for Enterprise like he said. The gentleman I was directed to was friendly. He is the only reason that this location gets at least 1 star. I've used Enterprise for years and this was by far my worst experience.
