  Excellent customer service & experience at Tivat airport. We were worried a small scratch had appeared on the car during our visit, however, when we queried this with the company they confirmed this was existing. We really appreciated the honesty. Would recommend.

  I dropped off at this location. When I finally found it, it was chaotic and confusing.There is no signage. I was directed to the incorrect location multiple times and had to pay to exit parking lots I was told to enter by airport staff. The location did not answer the phone and again, I never saw an Enterprise sign. I am praying that the person I gave my keys to actually works for Enterprise like he said. The gentleman I was directed to was friendly. He is the only reason that this location gets at least 1 star. I've used Enterprise for years and this was by far my worst experience.

  Excellent service by Enterprise car rental at Tivat airport .Andrei delivered the car to our hotel and explained everything and gave good advice on driving in Montenegro.The car was in good order and very clean .I rent regularly from Enterprise in the UK and Tivat enterprise delivered to the same high standard
