  I made a week long car rental from this location on my recent trip to Montenegro. The car rental process was smooth and the car provided (Hyundai Tuscon) was great. Stefan was very helpful. One thing to note - the Perla residency location is a drop off/ pick up point. So, there are no cars here. Someone comes from the airport location to drop off the car at the scheduled time and similarly pick up at the scheduled time. Now, if you are wondering why they won't do that at any other hotel it is because the owners of Perla residency own the independent Enterprise-Rent-A-Car franchise.

  We had 3 single day reservations First time everything was great 5 stars Second and third time car did not arrive, we had to ask reception to call to company and hear same excuses (car was not delivered (broken/wrong location), we might have to wait couple of hours to possibly (not guaranteed) get another one) After such repeated behavior I have no other choice but to warn everyone here that your plans may be ruined by such things We won't request this company service any more

  They do not have a desk in the airport and operate from parking lot. Because my flight was a bit late, and no one monitored it, there was some issues getting in touch at first. Other than that everything was totally fine. Car was scratched up from previous use (almost new car), they said some crazy guy drove through the bushes or something. Either way, when I dropped it off I did not have any issues. They did check that nothing is broken, and even though not every scratch was documented initially, they believed me when I said it was there before, as well as apologized for having a somewhat scratched up car. Three weeks have passed and no surprise invoices or anything like that. Still, when renting a car, always take pictures from every angle. That said, considering the roads, I am not surprised some here had issues, but I doubt they were without reason.
