  I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Podgorica Airport and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Montenegro. Upon arrival, I received a complimentary upgrade from a Hyundai Kona to a brand-new Renault Austral. The vehicle had only around 1,000 km on the odometer and was in immaculate condition. It was comfortable, spacious, economical, and packed with modern features, making it the perfect companion for our road trip. Over the course of our journey, we drove throughout Montenegro and Albania, covering more than 1,200 km. The Renault Austral handled everything beautifully, from coastal roads to mountain routes, and greatly enhanced our travel experience. The entire rental process was smooth, transparent, and fair. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful both during pickup and return. Everything was clearly explained, and there were no unexpected surprises. Thanks to the excellent vehicle and outstanding customer service, we were able to enjoy an unforgettable trip through some of the most beautiful places in the Balkans. I would happily rent from this location again and will definitely recommend Enterprise Podgorica Airport to my friends and family. Thank you for the excellent service!

  Le plein de la voiture n’était pas fait, quasiment à la réserve. il manquait la planche arrière de la voiture. Un siège bébé n’avait pas été retiré. Et le personnel etait particulièrement désagréable. Impossible de louer la voiture avec une carte AMEX. Et le lien maps pour rendre la voiture vous emmène derrière l’aéroport dans un cimetière ! Bref je ne recommande pas du tout

  Wir hatten an unserem Auto einen Reifenschaden und haben ganz unkompliziert ein anderes Auto bekommen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die beiden Mitarbeiter vom 14.05.2026 am Abend kann ich sehr loben.

  See the bad reviews and experiences at other rental places, I wasn't sure what to expect. But this Enterprise was the easiest and smoothest pick up and drop off I've ever had. Skip the other places and their scams and bad service and just use this Enterprise instead.
