  I would not recommend this Safelite location. The customer service, staff, and management have been extremely unprofessional and disorganized. My original windshield replacement appointment was scheduled for the first week of February. I arrived on time and sat in the lobby for an hour and a half before being told they didn’t have the correct molding for my windshield. After waiting that long, I had to reschedule. They scheduled me again for the following Wednesday, saying the molding would be in. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle, I asked to confirm they had the molding only to find out they still didn’t have it in stock. That was the second time I was inconvenienced. At that point, I asked them not to schedule another appointment unless the molding was physically in their possession. They later scheduled a mobile appointment without confirming my availability. When the technician arrived two weeks later, he realized he did not have the correct molding for my vehicle. This was now the third failed appointment, and apparently there were no notes in the system about my vehicle needing a specific molding even though they had my vehicle’s year, make, and model. A fourth appointment was scheduled for today. This morning I received a call saying they still did not have the molding and would need to reschedule again. When I explained this was now the fourth canceled appointment, the technician put me on hold and said he might be able to get the part from a warehouse later in the evening, otherwise I’d have to reschedule yet again. I asked to speak with a manager, who told me he would call me back in 30 minutes. I never received that call. It is now the evening, and my windshield has still not been replaced. I requested a refund, and I have not even received confirmation that the refund was submitted. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. After four failed appointments, poor communication, and no follow-up from management, I cannot recommend this location. Customer service here is beyond disappointing.

  I’ve been trying to speak with someone at this location do 2 weeks. I’ve called the number which isn’t to the actual office, it’s to the general 1-800 number. I’ve been waiting to hear back from them, I’ve spoken to customer service representatives and have had them even send emails to this office to have them call me back, and still nothing. I don’t understand how this corporation is in business. I have a 2026 vehicle and they said it would take 2 weeks for the glass to come in. My vehicle wasn't drivable. After the 2 weeks there was no update, no contact, nothing from Safelight. I hunted them down for 2 additional weeks and still got zero communication on what was going with my vehicle glass. Someone named Tamara J was supposed to contact me on 6 different occasions and never did. How is this possible?! My rental car allotment ended up running out and I had to pay out of pocket for the rental. I went with Caliper Auto Glass who were much easier to work with and I recommend them to the highest degree. For these reasons, I DO NOT recommend Safelight, and especially at this location. They're so big and unfortunately have no systems in place to prevent this from happening to another customer. I also put in a complaint through their website. They don't contact you back– they send you an email to make a reservation with a link to their website! I'm sure someone/ a bot will reply to this review and be of no actual help either. Horrible company/ service experience. Do better.

  Technician advised weather prohibited replacing my windshield at home. Shop was very busy, but the technicians at this shop stayed after to complete my work. I am very grateful to have my new windshield and for not having to reschedule (or bother too much with my insurance). Thanks all!

  I am very unhappy with the repairs done on my windshield. From the start they seem to not want to do the job and I should have taken my car somewhere else . Now my cars frontal collision warning will no longer stay and they’re claiming out wasn’t working prior to the windshield replacement which is a lie . The manager won’t send the scan that’s supposed to show this and won’t call me nor does anyone ever answer the phone. Worst experience ever

  For three weeks, ive been trying to get my front windshield fixed. Appointment #1, had to wait a week. Told my appointment had to be no later than 3pm. I get to the appointment, they told me I had to come in earlier. Why wasn't I notified before the appt. Appointment #2 a week later, I leave work early to come to my earlier appointment at 1 pm. I get there, and im notified 30 minutes after my appointment that my windshield is not there. How is that even possible, when it should have been there the previous week. Appointment #3. I had my girl drop my car off. Had to pay for a lyft to and from. Just for them to say that can't do my window bc of the camera, and I need to take it to a dealership. I asked them to print out what was wrong, so i can take it to the dealership. When my car was picked up by my gf, who had to catch a lyft out there, they didn't even give her any paper work. When you call the # associated to the location, you don't get a person. You get an automative machine that doesn't allow you to speak with someone at the location
