- AYabbos yakubovNov 18, 20255.0I took in a company truck for service and think there might’ve been a mistake with the second diagnostic—though I don’t believe it was done on purpose. They told us the solenoid valve failed, and I really hope that was actually part of the problem. Noa did everything he could to help, but the owner wasn’t happy about the extra $1,000 charge, since he felt it wasn’t related to the real issue. Mistakes happen—we’re all human. Hopefully something like this doesn’t happen again.
