- AYabbos yakubovNov 18, 20255.0I took in a company truck for service and think there might’ve been a mistake with the second diagnostic—though I don’t believe it was done on purpose. They told us the solenoid valve failed, and I really hope that was actually part of the problem. Noa did everything he could to help, but the owner wasn’t happy about the extra $1,000 charge, since he felt it wasn’t related to the real issue. Mistakes happen—we’re all human. Hopefully something like this doesn’t happen again.

- NLNikki LigginsDec 3, 20241.0The salesmen are not as knowledgeable as you would like them to be. 2 different times, one employee, in particular, would not listen when my husband told him the part was incorrect. They also will not give you the part number so that you can verify that it is the correct part. We have to drive 45 minutes each way to the store and twice the store has cost us an entire day for service when it could have taken a couple of hours- all because we could not verify in the store that the part was correct. Just today, the man told us the part was universal and could go on either side and that was incorrect. Why they won't give you the part number ahead of time, is puzzling. You would think that they would want to help you get back on the road in a timely manner. Sadly, that does not seem to be the case. I wish there was another place close to us that has the parts we need. Unfortunately, unless it's something for which we can prepare ahead of time, we will have to deal with this place again.
