  I coming here morning around 7:20 she give me trailer spot 1 mile away and I drop off my trailer, my truck is water pump coolant leaking, miss Sisy looked very quickly,she is so helpful and very happy thank you so much

  I'm a regular customer here at Vanguard. Started coming to this place when it was known as Nacarato. The people here are great. From the receptionist all the way to the manager and the mechanics. A lot of people talk bad about getting your truck fixed at the dealer. I was a driver who used to try and find a good (mom and pop shop) mechanic. It took for my truck to have major issues that those kind of mechanics couldn't figure out what to fix, for me to stop wasting money. My previous mechanics would just start installing parts and if it didn't solve the issue they keep trying til they ran outta ideas. As a driver you all know our time is money. When my mechanics couldn't fix my truck, I came straight to this place. Within an hour they told me what was wrong, gave me an estimate and proceeded to fixed the problem. Sometimes YOU CAN'T get QUALITY for CHEAP. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY/PAID FOR!! Which is why I am a regular customer. I pay for quality service and this place stands by there work. I get right in and right out. Haven't had to wait for service. Haven't been down longer than 3 days. They keep an open line of communication as well. So I never have to call for an update either. They understand how important it is to get us back on the road. That's also why I am a regular customer. This specific shop is in Hagerstown. I live in Baltimore. I don't fool around with the spot closer to home because they have had me down longer than the Hagerstown shop. So I travel that 1.5hr distance to get quality service. They are worth it to me in my book.
