- AAAnthony ArringtonNov 17, 20251.0To me, there’s a lot of bait and switch in this process, fees are not fully disclosed. they say one thing and do another and you have to work very hard to get these corrected. There is no live person to talk to once you sign up. It is very difficult to get a human being on the phone. I had to call from a phone line that was not mine in order to talk to a person and that’s not the way a service that requires interaction should be. After speaking with the customer relations manager, we were able to resolve the double billing and excessive charges that were assessed to the account at setup. I appreciate the company for doing all they could to satisfy the matter and make a bad situation better I want to update this review. If you ever need a company for monitoring, do not choose INTOXALOCK! They make customer service a real hassle. There is no option to speak with a living human. Everything is automated and in the event of an issue it is extremely difficult to get a live person. I had to call from a different number to get humans. I used the app to emails and no one replied. In my specific situation I took a herbal supplement ater starting my car, the device triggered a violation due the ingredients in the supplement. When I called and finally got in contact with a real human being (after 25 mins), rhe rep told me that there was nothing that he could do to assist me. That is poor customer service. They do not take into account errors by consumption of natural products health supplements, not alcohol. the customer service rep that I spoke to was extremely rude and impatient, he was not very helpful.
