  I own a landscaping business and bring all my diesel trucks here. They always have stock of the oil and filters I need which saves me a lot of time. The staff is excellent and work hard to get you out quick. Chris is very helpful and isn’t pushy on upselling. I highly recommend this location

  The people that work here are absolutely wonderful people, they answered all my questions and believe me there was a lot of them, took their time and explained everything to me. I was very impressed. I definitely will be using them for now on. Price was pretty reasonable for an oil change.

  What an awesome service!!! Everyone in here really takes care of you. The experience itself makes it worth coming here. You don't just drop off your car and come back to a list of "problems" that other places expect you to pay right then and there without discussion. These guys here go through it with you service by service right at your driver's side window. No need to leave the car, catch up on an email or phone call while you wait. Highly recommended, my second time here and will be back for a 3rd, 4th, etc...... Check ya'lls dip stick. (I have no affiliation with Valvoline, just a happy customer)!!!

  I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. The staff at Valvoline were friendly and the service was quick, which I appreciated. However, I did run into a couple issues after my visit that were disappointing. First, when my windshield washer fluid was filled, it seems the sprayer may not have been reconnected or aligned correctly. When I tried to use it later, I thought the fluid was just frozen or empty, but it actually sprayed an entire bottle into the engine area instead of onto the windshield. Second, I agreed to have my cabin air filter replaced. During that process, the glove compartment door was completely removed and it took quite a while for the team to get it back on. Since then, the glove box does open, but it now falls abruptly instead of lowering slowly and in a controlled way like it used to, which makes me think a spring or damper may not have been reinstalled correctly. I don’t believe any of this was intentional, but it was frustrating because I take good care of my car and now have two things that weren’t issues before the service. I’m leaving a 3/5 star review because the staff were kind, but I do think a bit more care and attention to detail would go a long way.
