The team/shop manager even took the time to clean the old weight adhesive from the inside of the wheels and polish everything up post mount/balance. The shop I usually go to was not able to get me in until the next day and I have nothing but terrible experiences with Mr Tire. So I did a Google search to see what else was around. That how I found NTB and drive straight there. Even on a “skeleton crew” due to the holidays, they got me in immediately. They determined the tire could be fixed and had me out with only a $30 bill in less than an hour. They could easily have taken advantage of me by telling me I had to buy new tires or charging me a large fee for the repair. Instead, they were honest, quick and super affordable. Within an hour they managed to fix my tire and take my worries about how to fit this mess into the budget right before Christmas. This will be my go to tire shop from now on. Thank you guys so much!
