  The shop in Westminster md, has a staff of trained and highly professional techs. The service personnel is also very well educated in auto repair details. I trust the techs at this location. I will return to have work done there as I have for years now.

  Came in with work in a few hours and they got me in and out with no issues. In depth inspection completed that showed me issues i wasnt aware i had. Matthew & Donnie Are Amazing ‼️

  I recently visited National Tire and Battery in Westminster, MD, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and welcoming. They took care of my tire repair quickly and efficiently — and to top it off, they repaired it at no charge! It’s rare to find a business that combines speedy service with such genuine kindness. The team here truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I walked out not only with a repaired tire but with a big smile on my face. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, customer-focused auto service shop in the Westminster area, look no further than National Tire and Battery.   Unfortunately I can no longer recommend NTB in westminster. I went in with a simple tire dismount and a tire mount and balance for 1 (ONE) single tire/wheel, 5 lug nuts. My only request was that their tech not use power or air tools on my wheel. The service writer scoffed at my request and consulted with his shop manager who also had a laugh at my request. And then said they would do it. But hes "going to break you" on labor and said 80 dollars in labor for 1 wheel mount and balance. Now this is very clearly a way to extort money from someone. So i took my business elsewhere. To the FIRESTONE IN WESTMINSTER MARYLAND. who i cannot recommend enough. FIRESTONE listened to my request. Said "no problem" and only charged me 28 dollars on the rim and out the door. The tech used a breaker bar. ntb westminster could really learn alot from FIRESTONES TRAINING, EXPERTIESE, AND PROFESSIONALISM. When presented with a simple request. Cant wait till you close down ntb
